Jr. KG admission Process
Jr. Kg forms will be available on our Website http://www.spxhs.in from 1st January 2024 to 15th January 2024. The forms have to be downloaded, printed and submitted along with the required documents to the school on 16th, 17th and 18th January 2024 from 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. in the School Hall.
Application form fees- Rs. 200/-
The child for whom admission is desired should be born between 1st Oct 2019 to 31st Dec 2020 (both days inclusive)

You will need photocopies of the documents listed below to complete the admission application form.
Both Parents must accompany the child for submission and verification of the printed form and all supporting documents.
Parents must bring the original documents as well as a copy of the following at the time of document submission and verification:
1. One Coloured Passport size photo of the child (45mm x 35 mm).
2. One Family photo (10 cm – 6×4).
3. Municipal Birth Certificate of the child in ENGLISH only.
(An official translation proof is required, if the certificate is not in English).
4. Aadhar Card of Child.
5. Proof of Residence : Ration card of family or Telephone billor Electricity Bill or Passport.
6. Parent’s academic qualification certificates.
7. For Christian children only : Baptism / Dedication certificate of the child.
8. Caste Certificate in the Child’s name – optional
9. Medical Certificate – only for disabled persons.
10. Envelope size 9’ x 4’ with Residence Address along with Postage Stamp.
NOTE:
Please DO NOT disturb the School authorities during the entire application process.
